What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is an effective form of manual therapy that uses a holistic and hands-on approach to the treatment of your joints and soft tissues. Osteopathic manual practitioner's (OMP) look at your body as a whole in order to address the true cause of your pain. OMP's work through all joints and soft tissues assessing for any asymmetries, and then align the muscles, ligaments, and bones, to allow the body to self heal and self regulate. Osteopathic treatment aims to find the root cause of your pain and dysfunction by restoring proper body mechanics, nerve impulses, circulation and lymphatics.
