Lindsay lessard
Lindsay graduated from the four year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021 with a Master in practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). During her osteopathic studies Lindsay was presented with the Award of Merit for outstanding academic achievement. Following graduation Lindsay started her practice ‘Lessard Osteopathy’ and her approach to treatment follows the core osteopathic principles of viewing the body as a collective unit and that the body has the ability to self heal and self regulate. Lindsay utilizes these principles through treatment by addressing structural dysfunctions to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses, and the circulation of blood flow and lymphatics.
