Barb Minnick H.B.Sc.(H.K.), R.Kin, CEP-CSEP
Barb has had a 35 year career as a Kinesiologist and is passionate about helping people achieve better health through movement. She is a creative, hands-on problem-solver who has helped hundreds of people restore their quality of life with land and aquatic- based exercise techniques. She has been awarded the Cambridge Times Readers Choice Platinum award 2021-2023 for her work with clients.
Barb’s specialties include all aspects of orthopaedic rehabilitation related to joint injuries/replacement, neurological conditions and gait and mobility issues.
Over the years, Barb has worked in the hospital and rehabilitation settings as well as at the City of Cambridge’s W.E.Pautler 50+ centre, where she developed the Active Living program for seniors. Barb is a nature lover and in her spare time is an avid golfer and enjoys an active lifestyle.
